No Show/Cancellation Policy

Liv Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC requires 24 hr notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. 

We require a $50 deposit to book appointments. This will go towards the treatment cost and deducted at checkout. Should we receive less than 24 hours of notification, or client fails to keep their appointment, their deposit will not be refunded.

If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Liv Aesthetics.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and deposit will not be refunded

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro rata share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Liv Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC or it may be transferred to another individual to be used in exchange for treatments or products of comparable value to the credit.
