We use a hyaluronic acid based filler called Revanesse Versa+ or Lips+, Restylane brand, as well as Revance RHA. The type of filler used is decided by your trained injector and depends on the area we are treating and patient concerns.
Most clients can expect their filler to last anywhere from 9-12 months. This will depend on client lifestyle and the location of the filler.
Every client should expect bruising and swelling for 2-3 weeks. There is a very small risk of infection at the injection site, however, we clean the area well with a combination of isopropyl alcohol and puracin. There is also a very small risk of a vascular occlusion. Our injectors our trained to know what to watch for and have the ability to dissolve the filler if a vascular occlusion is suspected. You will be educated on what to watch for at your appointment. Reach out to our injectors if you have any questions or concerns.
We apply a prescription strength topical numbing cream for your comfort for all filler injections. Our filler also has lidocaine which provides pain relief as we inject. Tox injections are relatively painless but patients should expect a mild amount of discomfort with any injectable treatment.
We carry four different neuromodulator brands- Jeuveau, Xeomin, Daxxify,and Dysport. Jeuveau has a rewards program with $40 off every 3 months. If you would prefer Botox brand, please reach out prior to your appointment.
Most patients will get 3-4 months longevity from their tox treatment. Your longevity will depend on patient lifestyle and how high of dose you receive. The higher the dose, the longer the duration so keep this in mind when your injector recommends a specific dose.
You will first start to notice your tox kicking in at 5-7 days. It takes 2 weeks for the maximum effects. At that point we can touch up as necessary. Over the next 3-4 months your tox will slowly wear off.
Anytime you receive an injection there is always a very small risk of bruising at the injection site as well as infection. If you notice any side effects you are concerned with please reach out to our injectors to let them know. Each patient receives a tailored dose and results may vary. Most patients are satisfied with their results at the 2 week point, however, a small adjustment may be needed for the best aesthetic outcome.
