PCOS looks different on everyone. We take the time to figure out what it looks like on you.
If you've been told your labs ar enormal, that it's just stress, or that you should try to lose some weight and see if things improve, we believe you when you say something still feels off.
PCOS is one of the most common hormone conditions in women, yet it's also one of the most misunderstood, even inside the doctor's office.
We're here to actually listen, dig into what's happening in your body, and build a plan around you instead of a textbook.
PCOS, or polycystic ovary syndrome, is a hormone condition that can affect your periods, your skin, your hair, your mood, your weight, and your fertility. It shows up differently for everyone. Some women have irregular or missing periods. Others deal with acne that won't clear up, hair thinning on the scalp, extra hair growth on the face or body, or weight that won't budge no matter what they try. Many women live with PCOS for years before anyone puts a name to it. PCOS was recently renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome)
If you're hoping to grow your family, PCOS can make that road feel more uncertain, but it doesn't have to be. PCOS is one of the most common causes of ovulation irregularities, which can make it harder to predict, or sometimes achieve, ovulation each month. That doesn't mean pregnancy isn't possible. It usually means your body needs a little more support to get there.
If you're actively trying to conceive, or thinking about it in the next year, we'll run preconception labs, build a personalized supplement and lifestyle plan, and work alongside your OB or fertility specialist if you already have one.

Step 1: Your Story
We start by listening. We'll talk through your cycle history, your symptoms, your weight journey, your stress, your sleep, and anything else that feels relevant, even if it doesn't seem connected to PCOS at first.
Step 2: Lab Work
We'll order labs that actually look at what's driving your PCOS, hormones, insulin, thyroid, and more, so we're working from real data instead of guesswork.
Step 3: Treatment Plan
Together we'll build a plan made for your body. That might include nutrition and lifestyle changes, supplements, hormone support, or medical weight loss support like GLP-1 medications when insulin resistance is part of the picture.
Step 4: Follow Up
PCOS management isn't a one and done appointment. We'll check in, recheck labs, and adjust your plan as your body responds.

A big piece of PCOS that often gets left out of the conversation is insulin resistance. Most women with PCOS have some degree of it, and it changes how your body stores fat, manages hunger, and responds to diet and exercise. That's why generic weight loss advice so often falls flat. It's not a willpower problem. It's a body chemistry problem, and it needs a plan that actually accounts for it.

If you are just interested in optimizing your overall wellness- your sleep, libido, mood, weight, or health concerns- you have come to the right place. Are you navigating PCOS? Endometriosis? Something else? Maybe you aren’t even sure, what’s wrong, you just know you don’t feel quite right, and are ready to do something about it. Functional/integrative medicine is an evidence based approach that focuses on identifying the root cause of symptoms and disease.

If weight is part of what you're dealing with, our medical weight loss program is built to work alongside your PCOS care, not as a separate add on. We look at the hormone piece and the weight piece together, because for most women with PCOS, they were never really separate to begin with.

No, you don't need a diagnosis. Many women come to us because something feels off and no one has been able to explain it yet. We can help you get answers.
Because insulin resistance changes how your body responds to diet, exercise, and even weight loss medication. We build your plan around that instead of a one size fits all approach.
Every plan is personalized, but we typically look at hormone levels, insulin and blood sugar markers, and thyroid function, since thyroid issues are common alongside PCOS.
Yes. We'll look at what's driving your PCOS, support ovulation and hormone balance, and build a preconception plan around your body. If you're already working with an OB or fertility specialist, we're happy to work alongside them.
Yes, we accept HSA for payment.
We can run lab work through insurance if you'd like, though cash pay lab pricing is often more affordable if you have a high deductible plan. We don't accept insurance for visits, which lets us spend more time with you and less time navigating insurance restrictions.
You don't have to keep guessing. Let's figure out what's actually going on and build a plan that works for you.
